How do you know if your devices are working?

Here's how to know if everything is functioning as it correctly:

ONT Box 

  • Your ONT Box, or “Fiber Box,” is a device that connects the fiber lines on the street to the network in your home. 
  • The ONT box is working when you can see three green lights on the front. 

WiFi Router

  • A router connects your devices to the Internet and communicates with your ONT box to send information to your devices. 
  • An eero router is working when there is a solid white light on the device. The router will indicate an issue with a red or orange light. Please see this article here for more information on eero LED lights. 
  • Alternatively, you can use the eero app to check the current status of your network and view any alerts or connectivity issues.
