How do I download the eero app?
The eero App is available for download for free in the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Amazon Appstore.
What are the requirements to download the eero app?
- iOS 15 or later
- Android 9.0 or later (tablets included)
- Bluetooth 4.0 or later
- Internet connection for setup
Note: Devices without cellular capability (such as Wi‑Fi–only iPads) must be connected to a nearby Wi‑Fi network during initial setup.
Can I manage my network from my Desktop?
Your eero network can only be managed through the mobile application and cannot be configured via desktop software or a web browser on Windows, Linux, or Intel-based Mac computers.
Customers using Apple Silicon–based Mac computers may download and install the iPad version of the eero app from the App Store. This version provides the same functionality as the tablet app and does not include additional features.
